Privacy

Mittlo is the store name on mittlo.com. A registered company address is not published here yet. This page is a starter for a US shop and is not legal advice.

Checkout stores the email, shipping address, and order lines you submit. A cart cookie keeps the basket. If you arrive with ?ref=, that value is stored in a cookie and copied onto the order so it is not lost when you move between pages or return from a payment provider.

Creating an account stores your email, the name you enter, and a hash of your password. The password itself is not stored. An httpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in. Signing out clears that cookie. Turning an account off in the shop office does not delete past orders.

Card numbers are entered on Stripe or, when that option is switched on, PayPal. This site does not collect card numbers. We do not sell personal information. Payment webhooks store the provider event id so a repeated notice does not mark the order paid twice.
