Returns

Unused accessories can come back within 30 days of delivery. Start from your receipt, or see the contact page for the phone and email this shop publishes.

If we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we cover the return parcel. Otherwise you pay return shipping. Refunds go to the original payment method after the return arrives. We do not take back used mats, beds, or anything that has been in a litter box.

Marking an order refunded in the admin list does not send money by itself. A refund still has to be issued in Stripe or PayPal.
